sev ham jo jyadatar chat me ya panipuri me use karate hai, aaj mai aapko yahi barik sev jise zero size sev bhi kahate hai usaki recipe share karane wali hun, yah sev besan se yani chane ke aate se banate hai.

quantity -300g

Ingredients

Chana dal aata(besan) – 2 cup

Kala namak(black salt) – 2 spoon

Haldi – 2 spoon

water besan ka dough banane k liye

besan me milane k liye oil – 2 spoon

sev talane k liye oil

Method – 

  1. besan me namak haldi our tel mila ke acchese mix kar le.
  2. fir usame thoda thoda pani dalte huwe dough(aata) bana le
  3. dough(aata) medium size me bana le, n patala na gada
  4. fir dough ko sev banane ke sancha machine me dal de
  5.  sacha machin ki plate jitani chote hole wali ho utanahi sev barik banega
  6. ek kadhai me sev tal sake itana oil(tel) kadai me dal ke garm kare
  7. thodasa ata tel me dal ke check kare ki garm huwa ya nahi
  8. ek mote plastick paper pe sancha machin se gol size me sev bana le our use ko dhire se hantho se plastick paper se utha ke oil me chod de
  9. medium flow pe 2-2 min tak dono side se fry kare our ek plate me nikal le
  10. is tarah ghar pe hi aapki sev banake redy hai.
