Daliya whole grain food hai, gehu se banaya jata hai, jo hamare sharir ke liye bahut faydemand hai. isame nutrition, fibre bahut jyada matra me hota hai, weight loss ke liye bhi use karate hai..

Ingredients

  1. Daliya – 1 catori
  2. Gudh – 1 catori
  3. Milk – 2 glases whole milk(1/2 liter)
  4. Kaju – 8 to 9
  5. Badam – 8 to 9
  6. Ilachi – 4 to 5
  7. Ghee – 2 bade chammach.

Method – 

  1. Ek kadai me acchese saaf kiya huwa daliya dal de, fir us kadai ko gas par medium flow pe  chalate huwe 2 min tak bhun le fir usame ghee dale our 2 min tak bhune, daliya thoda ghee me white fula fula dikhane lagega tab usame doodh dal de.
  2. doodh me jab ubal aaye to usako plate se dhak de our kum aanch pe 10se 15 min tak pakane de. bich bich me chammach se hilate rahe
  3. gudh ko acchese naram kar k rakh de taki wo jaldi se ghul jaye. dryfruits ko ghee me bhun ke mote tukade kar le, our Ilachi ka powder bana le.
  4. daliya doodh me acchese pak jaye our doodh pura usame gadha ho jaye tab usame ilachi dal kar mix kar le, our gas band kar de fir usame gudh dal kar mix kar le our 5min ke liye plate se dhak de taki gudh garam hoke usake chote chote bache huwe tukade bhi usame ghul jaye our gudh bhi acchese mil jaye
  5. agar aap gas chalu rakh kar gudh milate hai to kheer me dudh alag phata huwa dikne lagege isiliye gas band karke usame gudh milate hai.
  6. 5min baad fir se ek bar chammach se puri kheer acchese mila ke usame dryfruits ke tukade dal ke mix kar le our fir se 10 min ke liye dhak de our bad me serve kare

 

Tip – aap gudh ki jagah shakkar ka bhi istamal kar sakate hai.our drifruits kamjyada kar sakate hai.
